To photograph is to hold one’s breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It’s at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy..

Anil Vohra, live in New Delhi Capital Region. With education and degrees in commerce and finance, I do technology consulting for my living.

Discovered the magic of light and film at a young age, and started learning the science behind the art. Creating images was a gateway to understanding life in new and exciting ways.  It took me to new places, meet amazing people, compare between time and turned me into a wandering soul. All I needed was a reason to travel and with the liking for photography, the shutterbug met the wanderlust in me.

With little experience, no training, but a lot of heart, I started finding new destinations and the film was replaced with digital sensors and it was all about small pixels making up the big picture.

A weekend photographer, I try walk around and find some time to practice my passion. And I do it for the love of it..

My source of sustenance ? Its the encouragement that comes with comments from friends as well as critics on my posts, so do not forget to leave your thoughts ….
